Sunrise Spotlight – 200 Mile Bicentennial Run

On Friday, Nov. 20, City of Franklin and State officials will gather on the steps of the Capitol in Frankfort where a proclamation will be read honoring the City of Franklin and the Bicentennial celebration.

The proclamation will be placed in a tube and handed off to make its journey 200 miles to Franklin.  This relay journey will be conducted by over 100 individuals running a portion of the route from Frankfort to Franklin.
