Steamer Seafood to be sold at Master Commissioner’s Sale
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Steamer Seafood is scheduled to be sold during a public auction Tuesday during the Master Commissioner’s Sale, according to the online public notice on the Warren County Master Commissioner’s website.
Steamer Seafood occupies a portion of the renovated Mariah Moore House, Bowling Green’s oldest standing brick structure. The structure at one time housed Mariah’s Restaurant which has since relocated to the Bowing Green Ballpark Plaza.
The original structure has been expanded multiple times.
The Master Commissioner’s Sale is done by order of the Warren Circuit Court to settle a debt to Franklin Bank & Trust, records show.
The sale does not include chairs, tables, upholstered bar stools, copper fish sculpture and other items.
The auction is scheduled for 5 p.m. Tuesday on the second floor of the Warren County Justice Center.
