Some students at WKU not receiving mail; university issues statement

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Some students are reportedly not receiving their mail at Western Kentucky University, university officials confirmed Wednesday.

WKU released the following statement regarding the incidents:

“WKU Housing & Residence Life has been made aware of some instances of students not receiving anticipated mail through USPS. HRL is working closely with WKU Mail Services and residence hall staff to investigate the root cause. To file a report through USPS about missing or damaged mail, students should visit the USPS website.”

A cause for the issue has not been determined at this time.
