SKY Soccer Club hosts spooky soccer game

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This weekend, the Southern Kentucky Soccer Club held a spooky soccer game as a way for kids to get out and active while getting into the holiday spirit.

Kids and coaches alike were welcome to come out in costume for a good game of soccer.

SKY Soccer aims to be a community provider of a safe and fun soccer experience for all.

One SKY Soccer official tells more on what makes this program special.

“I can speak from a personal standpoint. The connections he gets, uh, from actively participating with other players from other teams and his own teammates, um, is pretty rewarding, being able to see the kids smile, uh, have a good time, to be able to have, in a controlled competitive environment, um, it’s a pretty awesome thing.”
