‘Romance at the Railpark’ celebrates 12 years with disco-themed dinner
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Over at the Historic RailPark and Train Museum, the 12th annual Romance at the RailPark allowed guests to share a romantic night of dinner on a historic railcar.
The theme this year is based on the movie “Saturday Night Fever,” and couples got to boogie all night long.
There was wine and a four-course dinner along with a showing of the classic movie.
The main reason this has continued for 12 years is not only from community support, but it’s one of the most unique date night experiences in all of Bowling Green.
“It’s just a way to get people down to the RailPark and check us out and say, ‘Oh my gosh, this building is gorgeous.’ With us just trying to restore and carry on this beautiful building, we want for people to come and experience it,” development director Jessica Warren says.
