Road work to begin Wednesday in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Ky. – The City of Franklin is preparing drivers for upcoming road work starting Wednesday, March 18.

According to a social media post by the city, crews will begin work and paving on 31-W near Akin Avenue.

Lane shifts are expected, according to the city.

Drivers are advised to use caution and plan for an alternate route.

Street work may continue through Friday, March 20, city officials say.
