(NBC News) — Even in death, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg makes history. Becoming the first woman and Jewish person to lie in state at the U.S. Capitol. Today’s ceremony at the Capitol follows two days of lying in repose on the steps of the Supreme Court where mourners lined up for blocks to pay their respects.
