BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Police say Morris Cooper was located safe Friday night.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police are working to locate a man who was last seen in the Sweet Bay Avenue area.

Police say Morris Cooper, 29, has an intellectual disability and may be on the west side of Bowling Green.

He is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds.
