Roscoe is a one-and-a-half-year-old pittie who has apparently never met a stranger.
This happy boy loves to play, wiggle around, and get plenty of scratches.
He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and does great with both cats and dogs.
Roscoe is eager to please, full of love, and ready to share all that happiness with a family of his own.
