Pedestrian hit by vehicle in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Friday in Glasgow, according to police.

The Glasgow Police Department says it responded to the scene at Lexington Drive, where police say they learned a 2015 Toyota Camry driven by Shannon Miller of Glasgow, Kentucky was traveling southbound when it struck Michael Gibbons as he was crossing the road.

Gibbons was transported to T.J. Samson Community Hospital by Metcalfe EMS for non-life threatening injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.
