Owensboro man arrested on child sexual abuse charges, says Ohio County sheriff

OHIO COUNTY, Ky. – An Owensboro man is accused of child sexual abuse.
According to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, 24-year-old Zachary Maske, of Owensboro, was arrested on April 30 in Daviess County on an indictment warrant following an investigation into alleged sexual crimes that occurred in Ohio County.
Maske is charged with
- Rape 2nd Degree – No Force (3 counts)
- Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree (1 count)
- Use of a Minor (U/16) in a Sex Performance (12 counts)
- Procuring or Promoting Use of Minor by Electronic Means (1 count)
- Promoting a Minor (U/16) in Sex Performance (12 counts)
- Possess Matter Sec Performance by Minor O/12<18-1st Off (12 counts)
- Unlawful Transaction w/ Minor, 1st- Illegal Sex Act, U/16 YOA (16 Counts)
Maske was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
The investigation is ongoing.
