New art bringing life to downtown Bowling Green traffic cabinet

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – New art is giving some traffic cabinets a pop in downtown Bowling Green.

The new art at the intersection of Main Street and Chestnut Street is by local artist Misha Ambrosia.

Previously, New 40 covered work by Ambrosia done at Tommy’s Express Car Wash.

Viewers can catch new paintings along other traffic cabinets throughout downtown Bowling Green.

It’s all part of a $50,000 grant by General Motors and Main Street America announced by the city back in February that aims at innovative placemaking initiatives.
