Munfordville man found with suspected methamphetamine

EDMONSON COUNTY, Ky.- 46-year-old, James Aaron Ashely, was pulled over by an Edmonson County Sheriff’s Deputy after driving with no tail lights, according to a media release.

During the traffic stop, the deputy noticed a white pill in Ashely’s lap as well as several other pills laying in the driver’s seat.

After Ashely was detained, the deputy also found suspected methamphetamine.

Ashely was arrested and charged with no tail lamps, possession controlled substance in the 1st degree, possession controlled substance in the 3rd degree and tampering with physical evidence.

He was held in the Hart County Jail.
