Multiple units respond to house fire in Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. – Multiple agencies responded Tuesday to a reported house fire.
According to a social media post by the Parkers Mill Fire Department, units were dispatched to Lin Don Drive for a structure fire.
On the way to the scene, personnel say they were advised of multiple 911 calls regarding the fire.
The department says smoke was visible from Somerset.
Upon arrival, the department says crews began fighting the fire. Parkers Mill command requested assistance from Nancy Fire Department and Somerset Fire Department.
Units were on scene for over four hours, according to the department. The cause of the fire is unknown.
One injury was reported from a tenant, personnel say.
In addition, assistance was provided by Burnside Fire Department, Somerset Fire Department, Pulaski County Special Response Team, Pulaski County Rescue Squad-Cascade, Somerset-Pulaski Co. EMS-Patient, SKYRECC-Electric and the American Red Cross to help with relocation for the family.
