Mother’s Day at Bowling Green Ballpark

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Hot Rods played at home this Mother’s Day, and moms got to see the game for free.

Along with it being Dino Day at the park, with animatronics around for the kids, the franchise told all the moms to come in with no charge. It’s a way of showing appreciation to all of those special ladies in our lives, and it was a great day for weather as well.

News 40 talked to a few moms about it. One pair didn’t even know they were getting into the game for free until they went to purchase tickets. Another mom said that her kids had been waiting for Dino Day for over a month, so it was nice that it fell on Mother’s Day as well.
