Morgantown continues 10-year road project plan

MORGANTOWN, Ky. – The City of Morgantown is continuing a decade-long plan to resurface all of its roads, according to mayor Billy Phelps.
Phelps says the plan includes every street within city limits.
On Tuesday the work started on Old River Road, where a resurfacing project took place.
On Monday, Rep. Rebecca Raymer confirmed on social media that Butler County was one of two counties receiving roughly $30.9 million in road funding, with the other being Muhlenberg County.
