Med Center to acquire Logan Memorial Hospital

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Medical Center is growing.

On Wednesday, the not-for-profit integrated healthcare system announced its acquisition of Logan Memorial Hospital. The anticipated effective date is July 1, 2024.

Logan Memorial Hospital, a 75-bed acute care hospital, is located in Russellville and serves approximately 45,000.

In addition to Logan Memorial, the Medical Center will acquire three medical buildings on the main campus and rural health clinics in Russellville, Auburn and Elkton.

Logan Memorial Hospital will become The Medical Center at Russellville after the acquisition.

The Medical Center, in Bowling Green, owns and operates The Medical Center at Scottsville, The Medical Center at Franklin, The Medical Center at Caverna, and The Medical Center at Albany.
