Man in Allen Co. charged with unlawful transaction with a minor, sodomy

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man is behind bars for an alleged illegal sex act with a minor under the age of 16.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force, arrested Jeremy Mills, 43, on Bedelia Street Monday.

Mills is currently in the Allen County Detention Center facing unlawful transaction with a minor – illegal sex act under 16 years old, second-degree sodomy and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense (methamphetamine).
