Man flown from scene of motorcycle collision involving deer

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – A man was injured in a motorcycle collision with a deer on Saturday, police say.

The Russellville Police Department says it responded to the scene at U.S. 79 Bypass between Bowling Green Road and Franklin Road.

Police say Senad Hamzabegovic was operating a 2023 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound when a deer collided with the vehicle.

Hamzabegovic was flown from the scene for treatment.

The victim’s current condition has not been released as of Monday morning.
