Man faces additional charges after child porn offenses in Allen County

GUTHRIE, Ky. – An Allen County man is facing additional charges relating to child abuse after an arrest in June.

Police say they arrested Chad L. Delucenay, 34, shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 1 on charges of one count of first-degree rape (victim under 12 years old and one count of first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years old).

Delucenay also was arrested in June 2023 in relation to child exploitation offenses in Allen County. Further investigation revealed another victim, as well as evidence for charges in Todd County, KSP says.

The Kentucky State Police says its Electronic Crime Branch presented this investigation to the Todd County Grand Jury, resulting in the return of an indictment warrant.

Delucenay was taken to the Todd County Detention Center.
