Man dies in motorcycle collision on Louisville Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – One man is dead following a motorcycle collision on Louisville Road in Bowling Green.

The Bowling Green Police Department was dispatched at around 1:01 p.m. Thursday for an injury collision between a Honda motorcycle and a Ford 550 pulling a tandem axel black dump trailer.

Authorities say they responded to the scene at the 4000 block of Louisville Road in front of Kenway Concrete and Paving LLC.

According to authorities, the Honda motorcycle was traveling northbound on Louisville Road when the Ford attempted to turn into Kenway. The collision occurred at this time, resulting in fatal injuries for the motorcycle operator.

Ethan R. Gilleland was pronounced dead, according to the Bowling Green Police Department.
