Man dies in Allen County crash
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville man was killed Sunday morning after being thrown from his vehicle in a two-vehicle collision.
At 6:31 a.m., Kentucky State Police Post 3, Bowling Green was requested by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office to investigate a fatal collision, according to a release from KSP.
Keith Wall, 27, of Scottsville was driving a 2006 Ford Mustang southbound on U.S. 31-E just south of Ky. 101, according to the release. Wall lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center dividing line and entered into oncoming traffic on U.S. 31-E.
Wall’s vehicle struck a 2000 Chevrolet truck, being driven by Jordan Keen, 34, of Scottsville, that was traveling northbound. Wall, who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision, was ejected from his vehicle and was pronounced dead by the Allen County Coroner, according to the release.
Keen was taken to The Medical Center at Bowling Green where he was treated for minor injuries.
The investigation continues is ongoing.
