LARUE COUNTY, Ky. – One man is behind bars on an attempted murder change after an alleged road rage incident in LaRue County.
According to a uniform citation, an indictment warrant was served on 25-year-old Jason McCormick of Magnolia on Jan. 23 for charges of attempted murder and second-degree criminal mischief.
A separate uniform citation says the LaRue County Sheriff’s Office arrested McCormick on Jan. 5 after he was “involved in a road rage incident south of Magnolia on Highway 31-E.”
