Louisville man dies in Meade County crash

MULDRAUGH, Ky. – A Louisville man is dead after a crash in Meade County.

According to a release, the Kentucky State Police responded to a single-vehicle collision on Saturday morning on US 31W in the city limits of Muldraugh.

KSP’s preliminary investigation indicated that 34-year-old Dennis J. Perry, of Louisville, was driving a vehicle northbound when it exited the roadway, struck a guardrail, and overturned.

Perry was pronounced dead at the scene by the Meade County Coroner.

The cause of the vehicle exiting the roadway has not been determined, according to the release.

The investigation is ongoing.
