Logan County sheriff provides update on road conditions, safety measures

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Logan County Sheriff’s Office released a winter weather update Sunday afternoon.

Sheriff Stephen Stratton says deputies made two DUI arrests Saturday and assisted several stranded motorists.

Stratton says the office has received minimal calls for service.

LCSO asks motorists to stay off the roads if possible and to drive with caution if travel is necessary.

Stratton says secondary roads are expected to be impassable on Monday morning.
