Logan County man charged with incest, sexual abuse

LEWISBURG, Ky. – A Logan County man is charged with incest involving a child.

According to a uniform citation, the Logan County Sheriff’s Department arrested 51-year-old Ray Williams of Lewisburg on Monday morning.

Authorities say Williams is charged with two counts of incest with a person less than 12 years of age, two counts of first-degree sodomy, victim under 12 years of age, eight counts of first-degree sexual abuse, victim under 12 years of age, and persistent felony offender I.

Williams was lodged at the Logan County Detention Center on a $150,000 cash bond but has since be extradited to the Butler County Jail, where he remains incarcerated.
