Local Author, Court Stevens, to Release 10th Novel

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Local novelist and Executive Director of the Warren County Public Library, Court Stevens, is gearing up to release her 10th book.

Stevens first started writing in 2007. At the time, she was working at another job, then she had a dream. Stevens believes that that dream was a sign to become an author.

Her first book, ‘Faking Normal’, was the start to her career. Stevens other popular writings include, ‘We were Kings’ series, ‘The June Boys,’ and ‘Last Girl Breathing.’

Her newest creation, ‘Tell Me Something Good,’ is set at an elite hunting club where a young woman discovers an illegal gun auction is happening in her small town. Stevens says this book isn’t about “who done it?” but more of “who armed the killer.”

Stevens reveals her goal as an author is to connect with people. She believes that her platform allows her to remind others “how much they are loved and how much they matter.”

Stevens’ premiere of ‘Tell Me Something Good’ is on June 9th at 6 pm.
