A LITTLE RAIN TODAY…MORE ON THE WAY

Some communities picked up a little beneficial rain earlier today, and we’ll stay dry for much of tonight as clouds increase. If you enjoyed the break from the hotter weather, Sunday will stay on the cooler side with highs around 79 degrees. The tradeoff is a much better chance for showers and thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon and evening, so have the umbrella handy if you’re making outdoor plans.

UNSETTLED PATTERN CONTINUES

The chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms doesn’t end with Sunday. Another round is possible Monday afternoon, and daily pop-up storm chances stick around through much of next week. It won’t rain all day every day, but you’ll want to keep checking the forecast if you have outdoor plans. Between the rain chances, we’ll still see plenty of dry time with temperatures gradually warming back into the middle and upper 80s.
