KYTC provides update on major Warren County roadway project

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 released updates on a major Warren County roadway project on Friday.

KYTC says the project to update a section of KY 185 is ongoing.

KY 185 from Runners Road to near KY 1320 will be realigned. The realignment will span 1.8 miles in the Anna Community. The agency says current construction is taking place off the current roadway.

A Highway Safety Improvement Project portion of the project will see 1.26 miles installed from KY 1320 to near Jack Simmons Road.

The project will also include drainage improvements, ditching, a paved shoulder, and new signage.

The estimated project cost is $15 million and is expected to be completed by the summer of 2026.
