KSP seeking details in 29-year-old missing person case

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is seeking information in a 29-year-old missing person case.

According to troopers, Monday marked 29 years since 29-year-old Charles C. Massey of Madisonville disappeared in Hopkins County.

Authorities say the Kentucky State Police is requesting information from the public relevant to this case.

Troopers say Massey went missing in 1997. He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area, according to authorities.

Massey is described as between 5 feet 11 inches tall and 6 feet 1 inch tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
