Kentucky State Police investigate death of child in Edmonson County

BROWNSVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police investigated the death of a 2-year-old child Monday in Edmonson County after a request.

The child was transported to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced deceased that morning.

Kentucky State Police detectives responded to the residence in Brownsville, KY to process the scene. The cause of death has not yet been determined and an autopsy has been scheduled. The investigation is ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
