For the past three weeks, Justin Hiser has been spreading joy throughout the hospital with his Sunshine Cart. Filled with snacks, activities and plenty of smiles, the cart has become a bright spot for patients, employees and visitors alike.

As Sunshine Cart Extraordinaire, Justin has been dedicated to brightening everyone’s day, especially during tough times. “They are really in a time of need, and when we help, they have a big smile,” Hiser shared.
