Here’s how you can donate used eclipse glasses to Latin America

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – You may wonder what to do with those eclipse glasses after the celestial event is over in your area.

However, solar eclipses are far from over in other parts of the world.

If you want to help someone else see the eclipse safely, you can send your used solar eclipse glasses to Latin America, where the South American eclipse will take place on Oct. 2.

To send your eclipse glasses, simply stick them into an envelope and mail them to the following address:
