Help make Park City’s $3,500 wheelchair-accessible swing a reality!

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Park City is working towards a more inclusive community by adding an ADA wheelchair portable swing with a platform for child and adult-sized wheelchairs…

…But they need your help to make it happen!

Mayor Larry Poteet hopes to see the $3,500 swing set installed by the end of the summer. 

“It kills me to look over there and see the kids in that situation, watching the other kids swing,” shared Poteet. “So, I want to try to do something for them also to be able to enjoy life as normally as possible.”

And this is just the start, as the park has future plans for handicap-accessible basketball and bocce courts.
