Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center accepting donations for Christmas

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A few simple donations could make someone’s Christmas this holiday season at Greenwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

A little holiday magic can go a long way, and you can help add some cheer to the lives of nursing and rehab center residents, whether it be a gift bag or necessity.

The center is accepting donations of something the residents can use in everyday life, such as toiletries for both men and women. Some examples include shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, deodorant, non-skid socks and body spray. A fun coloring book or dot-to-dot book couldn’t hurt too.

And to wrap it up, the center is also asking for medium-sized Christmas gift bags. You can still donate gift bags thorugh Dec. 19.

Bags may be dropped off anytime at 5079 Scottsville Road in Bowling Green.
