Glasgow woman arrested on public intoxication charges

GLASGOW, Ky. – On Wednesday, the Glasgow Police Department responded to the Days Inn in reference to a complaint.
Upon arrival, officers located Sydney J. Mason, 26, of Glasgow causing a disturbance in the lobby and appeared to be intoxicated, stated a release by GPD. The release went on to state Mason became combative with officers before being taken into custody.
Mason was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication public place, disorderly conduct, second degree, menacing, resisting arrest, assault, third degree – police officer, assault, third degree -peace officer – non-communicable bodily fluid and endangering the welfare of a minor (three counts).
Mason was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
