Glasgow police to host ‘Cram the Cruiser’ school supply drive

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Glasgow Police Department is hosting a back-to-school “Cram the Cruiser” event.

According to Glasgow police, the event helps local students start off the school year with items they need.

The agency is inviting the community to participate to help support students and families.

The event is scheduled for Friday, July 24 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Drop offs will be accepted at Walmart off of Happy Valley Road and Dollar General off of Veterans Outer Loop in Glasgow, police say.

According to the agency, all donated supplies will benefit students in Glasgow/Barren County School Districts.
