Glasgow police, schools investigate school threat, results in arrest of juvenile
GLASGOW, Ky – The Glasgow Police Department and Glasgow Middle School conducted a second school shooting threat investigation this week.
According to Major Terry Flatt, a complaint was received on Thursday of a juvenile threatening to “shoot up the elementary school” to Glasgow Middle School.
Following an investigation, a 13-year-old juvenile was arrested.
The juvenile is charged with Terroristic Threatening 2nd degree, Menacing, and Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree.
The juvenile was lodged at the Barren County Juvenile Detention Center.
