Flora’s Hidden Heroes – April Fulcher

For more than two decades, April Fulcher has worked to help crime victims feel whole again.

She works as the Victim Advocate at the Bowling Green Police Department, and part of her job is to walk victims through the criminal justice process.

Those efforts are why she’s this week’s Flora’s Hidden Hero.
