Flo Rida and WKU football taking over the Hill on Wednesday

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – This Wednesday is shaping up to be an exciting day over on the Hill, as the WKU football team takes part in its final midweek matchup of the regular season, this time against new CUSA opponent Kennesaw State.

The game is set to be a black out, as the Tops search for their 3rd straight win, as well as continued control of the top spot in the league.

Ahead of the action inside of Houchens-Smith Stadium, fans will have the opportunity to enjoy a pregame concert on south lawn from Flo Rida, and coach Tyson Helton recently shared if he was familiar with artists music.

“I can’t tell you any off my head, but if I heard him, I’d probably be singing him,” Helton said. “To be honest with you, I know our fan base would be very excited and we’ve always done a great job here at Western of having some good acts come in. It’s great for that kind of that pregame experience and midweek and a lot to look forward to.”
