Firefighters respond to structure fire at Real Alloy
MORGANTOWN, Ky. – Firefighters were at the scene of a reported structure fire early Monday morning in Morgantown.
Around 12:30 a.m., the Fourth District Fire Department says crews were dispatched to 805 Gardner Lane for a structure fire.
Fire officials say upon arrival, units reported heavy black smoke in the shredder building of Real Alloy.
The fire department says crews pulled hand lines to control the fire.
Units from Morgantown, Rochester, Fifth District, Fourth District, Barren County Emergency Management and the Morgantown Police Department additionally responded to the scene.
