Fire crews, deputies responding to fire on Plano Road

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Fire Department System is responding to a structure fire in the 1300 block of Plano Road Thursday evening.

Plano Fire Chief Kevin Bailey says units responded to the scene at approximately 5:30 pm.

Units located a detached garage on fire.

The garage and two vehicles are a total loss.

Bailey says the heat also damaged nearby out buildings on two other properties.

No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

A power pole also caught fire and there is currently a small power outage in the area, according to Bailey.

The roadway was closed for just over an hour.
