Emergency management issues roadway hazard warning in Glasgow

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow/Barren County Emergency Management has issued a roadway hazard caution.

The County Road Department located a soft spot on the side of Siloam Road in the area between Highway 90 and Pay Lake across from 284 Siloam Road.

Crews have placed rock and site barrels in the area to prevent traffic from driving over the site.

Officials will monitor the site of the soft spot over the weekend to ensure safety and navigation. 811 will investigate the site to determine the next steps of the process.
