COWS to be tested in Hart County on Wednesday morning

HART COUNTY, Ky. – The Community Outdoor Warning Sirens in Hart County are scheduled for a test on Wednesday.

Hart County Emergency Management says the COWS will sound at 8:15 a.m. on Aug. 14.

This is only a test.
