Church says it will pay off $5.3M in medical debt

(CNN) LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Christian Assembly Church in Los Angeles says it’s going to pay off around $5.3 million of unpaid medical debt as “a Christmas gift to the people of Los Angeles.”
