If you regularly shop at Sam’s Club, you may want to be aware of a recent product recall.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc. is recalling around 11,097 pounds of Busseto Foods brand ready-to-eat charcuterie meat products from potential contamination with salmonella.

The 18-ounce plastic containers are labeled as Busseto Foods Charcuterie Sampler Prosciutto,  Sweet Sopressata and Dry Coppa with a lot code of L075330300 and best if used by date of April 27, 2024.

According to the USDA, they were shipped to Sam’s Club distribution centers in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Officials say the product was produced on Oct. 30 and includes a a twin pack with two 9-oz. packages.

Currently, officials say the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is working to investigate a multi-state outbreak of salmonella.

Salmonella is one of the most common bacterial foodborne illnesses but can lead to hospitalization for some individuals, according to the UDSA.
