Car show benefit for Isaiah 117 House set for Sunday

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – This weekend, you can cruise into Logan County for a good cause.

The first Isaiah 117 House Logan County Car Show and Cruise In is set take place in Russellville this weekend.

Isaiah 117 House is a nonprofit that seeks to change the way foster care begins, providing a furnished and staffed house where kids who will eventually be put in foster care can spend their time while waiting for placement with food, access to toiletries and beds to provide a more comfortable experience.

The event kicks off at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8.

According to the event page, visitors can look forward to food trucks, bounce houses, top 10 trophies and competitions for best paint, best interior and best of show.

The event’s rain date is Sept. 15 at 1 p.m.
