Bowling Green Police advise on hit and runs

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A hit and run is a great inconvenience to anyone and should be quickly reported to authorities.

News 40 spoke to the Bowling Green Police Department concerning the issue of a vehicle being struck and left. Public Information Officer Ronnie Ward said that if you are the victim or or witness of such an incident to try and remember as many details as possible.

Ward said following the offender may not always be the best idea, warning that it could end in confrontation.
