Bowling Green man accused of shooting at ex-girlfriend

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- Police arrested a Bowling Green man Wednesday morning who is accused of firing a weapon at his ex-girlfriend.

Mario Harris, 33, is charged with multiple crimes, including first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

According to an arrest citation, Harris was standing near a stop sign on Brandywood Ct. when he fired the 9mm handgun at a vehicle his ex-girlfriend was driving.

The woman was not injured.

Harris is then accused of getting in his own car and following the woman.

Police later apprehended Harris at his home and located the gun.

Harris is being held inside the Warren County Regional Jail.
