Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce celebrates 90th anniversary

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A local tentpole of the community is celebrating a massive milestone, 90 years of service to Bowling Green.

The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce held their awards at the Sloan Convention Center, where they also celebrated the milestone year.

Four awards were presented, including Board Volunteer of the Year to 2024 Chamber Chairman Travis Keller.

He transitioned the role over to new chairman Andy Barker during the evening as well.

Chamber Executive Vice President of Operations Meredith Rozanski stresses how massive this milestone is, and says she can’t thank the community enough for their support.

“We can’t do what we do in isolation… It really takes the power of the partnerships. That’s what makes us special as a community, and that’s why so many people want to move here, including all these great companies that we talk about. We’ve got the city and the county who are always great partners. We’ve got Western Kentucky University, SKYCTC, both school districts. It really is an amazing community that comes together in a way that nobody else does, and that’s what makes it special,” she says.

SKY Property Management’s Mary Vitale was named Ambassador of the Year, M&L Electrical was named Chamber Volunteer of the Year & Joye Beth Spinks from ELPO Law was named Young Professional of the Year.

We want to send a huge congratulations to the Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce on 90 years of service to the Bowling Green community.
